Operating in Huntsville, Alabama, Pints & Pixels first opened in 2016 at 115 Clinton Ave East, establishing itself as a popular arcade-bar hybrid for the local community. The original location featured a range of vintage arcade and pinball machines and served food in partnership with Anaheim Chili. In 2020, the venue relocated to its current address at 2500 Clinton Ave West, Campus No. 805, officially reopening on January 26, 2021.
Today, Pints & Pixels continues to offer a nostalgic entertainment experience with over 40 vintage arcade games and pinball machines, including classics such as Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, Donkey Kong, and Skee-Ball. It also features 40 taps of craft beer and wine, alongside an old-fashioned soda fountain and shakes. While the current location no longer has a kitchen, it permits guests to bring in outside food. The establishment utilizes an unlimited-play wristband system for access to its games and maintains a family-friendly atmosphere until 9 PM, after which it transitions to adults-only. Pints & Pixels remains a significant recreational hub in Huntsville, blending retro gaming with a social bar environment for both locals and visitors.
