High Score Saloon

High Score Saloon has served as a prominent entertainment destination in Evansville, Indiana, since its initial opening in 2017. Originally established in the basement at 323 Main Street, the venue quickly became known as Evansville’s only “barcade,” offering a unique blend of classic arcade and pinball machines alongside craft beers, cocktails, and light food fare. The establishment fostered a welcoming and nostalgic atmosphere for adults, featuring a rotating selection of vintage games such as *Mario Kart* on Nintendo 64, various pinball titles like *Terminator 2: Judgment Day* and *The Addams Family*, and other classic arcade cabinets. In October 2021, the owners announced a relocation, moving the popular barcade to a larger space just a few steps away at 309 Main Street. The original location ceased operations on May 6, 2023, and the new and expanded High Score Saloon officially opened to the public on June 9, 2023. This relocation allowed for an enhanced experience, continuing its legacy as a vibrant recreational hub for the local community, hosting events like pinball leagues, and notably expanding its capacity for both games and patrons.
