Tilt: Antioch was a prominent arcade located within the Hickory Hollow Mall at 5252 Hickory Hollow Parkway in Antioch, TN. Operating as one of the mall’s enduring entertainment options, it succeeded an earlier arcade known as The Gold Mine. The Hickory Hollow Mall, which housed Tilt, opened on August 11, 1978, and served as a significant regional shopping center for decades until its eventual closure in 2019.
As a popular destination for families and youth, Tilt offered a range of coin-operated video games and pinball machines, contributing to the mall’s appeal as a recreational hub. It remained a beloved attraction throughout its operational period, which extended through the mall’s heyday, before the location was later occupied by Game Galaxy Arcade as the mall transitioned from its primary retail function in the early 2010s.
