Filly’s Grinders

Filly’s Grinders operated in Gallatin, Tennessee, at 102 N Water Ave, from June 2023 to December 2023. This establishment emerged from the prior “Filly’s Game and Grill,” which was purchased by chefs Laura Braga and Garrett Pittler in April 2023 and reopened under the new name two months later. Filly’s Grinders aimed to maintain the character of its predecessor, which featured an arcade and games alongside its menu. The venue was known for its diverse offerings, including philly cheesesteaks, craft beer, and a variety of sandwiches, contributing to Gallatin’s local dining and entertainment landscape. By December 2023, the location transitioned to become The Guilty Grind, a European-style bakery.
