Aladdin’s Castle: Camillus Plaza

A popular destination for many years, this Aladdin’s Castle was located within the Camillus Mall. The arcade was a well-known feature of the mall, which originally opened as an open-air plaza in 1964 and was enclosed in the early 1980s. The mall, and with it the Aladdin’s Castle, became a beloved local hangout for entertainment and socializing. Following the mall’s decline, the entire complex was demolished in 2003 to make way for a new shopping center called Camillus Commons.
