At The Pier Arcade: Asheboro

Located within the Asheboro Mall, formerly known as Randolph Mall, At The Pier Arcade serves as a vibrant entertainment destination for the Asheboro, North Carolina community. The mall itself has been a fixture in the city since its opening in 1982, undergoing a significant renovation and rebranding in April 2021. While an earlier arcade, “Time Out,” was present in the mall as of January 2020, At The Pier Arcade was actively operating with new games by March 2023, suggesting its establishment or rebranding between these years.

At The Pier Arcade offers a diverse array of gaming experiences, blending classic arcade staples with modern attractions. Visitors can engage with ticket and skill challenges, various claw machines, and competitive games. Specific offerings include titles such as Whack N Win, Big Bass Wheel, NBA Hoops, Deal or No Deal, Down the Clown, Pac-Man Basketball, Cyclone, and Ice Ball. Beyond individual play, the arcade functions as a community hub, providing a dedicated space for family fun, birthday celebrations, and group gatherings, contributing to the broader leisure and entertainment landscape of the Asheboro Mall.
