Game Galaxy: Goodlettsville operated within the Rivergate Mall in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, opening around February 2010. This entertainment center provided a diverse array of gaming experiences, featuring numerous arcade video games, a selection of pinball machines, and console gaming options. Adopting an “all-you-care-to-play” model, patrons could enjoy unlimited gameplay with the purchase of an hourly or daily pass. The venue also hosted tournaments for both fighting games and pinball, fostering a community for local enthusiasts.
As a tenant of the Rivergate Mall, which served as a significant social and commercial gathering spot for the Goodlettsville, Madison, and North Nashville communities for 54 years, Game Galaxy contributed to the mall’s recreational offerings. The Game Galaxy location at Rivergate Mall ceased operations sometime between August 2017 and July 2025, preceding the permanent closure of the broader Rivergate Mall on February 13, 2026. The mall itself faced demolition starting in March 2026, making way for a new mixed-use development.
