This venue was part of a national chain of Time-Out Amusement Centers, recognized for their distinctive “tunnel” entranceways and array of coin-operated games. While the exact operational dates for this specific location remain unconfirmed, Time-Out arcades were a common feature in American malls during the 1970s and 1980s. The Livingston Mall opened in 1972, and the Time-Out arcade chain saw its parent company file for bankruptcy in 1995.
